We've been building Helsinki for over 150 years, and our goal is to continue for yet another hundred. The wellbeing of a city, its residents, as well as the environment and climate come first and foremost.

In order to ensure safety during the pandemic we have installed special air purifiers that remove over 99 % of bacteria from indoor air. Our tenants continue to follow the Finnish government's guidelines and restrictions regarding opening hours, available services, and available seating to best serve you at Kaivopiha.
